Mr. Radcliffe is a Professional Civil Engineer who currently serves as president of Radcliffe Engineering, Inc. in Ocala, Florida. His firm specializes in roads, drainage, water, sewer, and engineering aspects of property development for projects in and around central Florida. He is responsible for all phases of company operation.

Mr. Radcliffe has over 35 years experience in the civil engineering field. He began his training with the design and drafting of subdivisions and commercial sites, then expanded his experience as design engineer. In this position, he was responsible for the design of urban and rural sites and subdivisions, drainage and flood control, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, feasibility studies, and project management. He later served nine years as vice president in charge of the civil engineering division of Angeles Corporation, a national real estate development firm. His expertise was utilized in residential and commercial projects in Florida and throughout the United States. Since 1991, he has been the owner and president of Radcliffe Engineering, Inc., a civil engineering consulting firm.

Mr. Gwin has worked for ten years at Radcliffe Engineering, Inc., where he has completed extensive work on projects involving AutoCAD drafting and design. He acquired his B.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida and has recently attained his Professional Engineer license in 2007. His duties have expanded to fit this role. Mr. Gwin has been lead Design Engineer on larger scale roadway and subdivision design projects.

Mr. Vey has worked for nine years in the engineering field where he has done extensive work on projects involving AutoCAD and Pro-Engineer drafting and design. He has acquired his B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida and attained his Engineer Intern registration. His duties as an engineer have expanded over a broad range of projects involving coordination with multiple suppliers and sub-contractors. Mr. Vey has been a Design Engineer on pump and pipe design projects and also the construction manager on several roadway projects.

Mr. Vey is responsible for project coordination and scheduling for various road, subdivision, commercial site plan and MSTU road improvement projects.

Mr. Moran has 42 years of experience in engineering design. He began his work in the Design & Engineering Division of the Department of Environmental Services for the government of the District of Columbia. In Florida, he worked for 7 years as a designer for an Orlando, FL. engineering firm and for 7 years as engineering designer for Angeles Corp, a national real estate syndicator and development firm. There he was instrumental in the design and construction of many projects in Florida and throughout the U.S. Since 1991, he has been the Senior Designer for Radcliffe Engineering, Inc., in charge of design aspects for various engineering systems.
