Heath Brook, Ocala, Marion County, FL: Project Engineer for the design and permitting for several phases of the Heath Brook DRI including: Heath Brook Hills (a 105-lot single family subdivision), Preserve Phase 1 & 2 (a 414-lot single family subdivision), The Meadows (a 167-lot single family subdivision), B-2 North Commercial Center and Tartan Road improvements.

Their stormwater management systems were permitted through the City of Ocala and Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) and consist of curb & gutter with pipe systems that outfall into drainage retention areas.
Water and sewer for both systems were designed and permitted through the City of Ocala and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP)

The project work elements consist of drainage, intersections, geotechnical activities, survey, pavement design, traffic control, signing and pavement markings, signals, utility relocations, right-of-way maps, public involvement, cost estimates, computation booklets and permits. Map it!

Cherrywood Estates, Marion County, FL: Project Engineer for all aspects of design and permitting for a 732 unit multi-phase residential subdivision.

Work elements included land use changes, rezoning, master planning, design of roads, drainage, central sewer system, central water system, coordination of all underground utilities, traffic control, record plats, quantity estimates and permits for 9 miles of roadway in the 258 acre development. In conjunction with Cherrywood Estates, 1.7 miles of offsite 12” water main and 10” sewer force main were designed and permitted for Marion County. Map it!

Autumn Oaks/Autumn Ridge, Ocala, FL: Project Engineer for 20 acre and 40 acre subdivisions in the City of Ocala.

The project work elements included preliminary planning, road design, drainage, central sewer system, central water system, coordination of all underground utilities, traffic control, record plats, quantity estimates and permits for 2.1 miles of roadway in the 60 acre development. Legendary Trails, Marion County, FL: Principal Engineer for a 76 unit single family residential development.

Work elements included master planning, design of roads, drainage, central sewer system, central water system, coordination of all underground utilities, traffic control, record plats, quantity estimates and permits for the 82 acre development. Map it!

Concordia Park, Ocala, FL: Principal Engineer for 2.88 mile road construction project for Marion County’s Municipal Services Taxing Unit (MSTU) program.

The project work elements consist of drainage, road design, geotechnical activities, surveying of existing improvements within and adjacent to platted Rights of Way, traffic signing and striping, utility relocations, MSTU assessment plats, cost estimates and permits. Map it!

Orange Blossom Hills, Marion County, FL: Principal Engineer for 12.65 mile road construction project under Marion County’s MSTU program.

NW 44th Avenue (Thad Boyd Memorial Highway), Marion County, FL: Project Engineer for the preparation of construction plans for widening 4.4 miles of NW 44th Avenue to a four-lane urban facility from US 27 to SR 326 in a joint venture with HDR Engineering, Inc.
The project consisted of surveying, drainage, road design, traffic signing and pavement marking, utility relocations, cost estimates and permits. Map it!

CR 316, Marion County, FL: Project Engineer for 4.2 mile road reconstruction and widening project in north Marion County consisting of surveying, drainage, road design, traffic signing and pavement marking, utility relocations, cost estimates and permits. Map it!
Permitted through St. John’s River Water Management District (SJRWMD) and SWFWMD.

Sunny's BP, Marion County, FL: Project Engineer for 1.4 acre commercil site containing 9,855 convenience store/offices and gas pumps. Site design consisted of drainage, sanitary lift station and force main, traffic signing and pavement marking, cost estimates and permits. Map it!

Aslan Park, Ocala, FL: Project Engineer for 5.11 acre professional office park containing 6 buildings offering 28,764 Sq. Ft. of office space. Site design consisted of surveying, drainage, traffic signing and pavement marking, cost estimates and permitting. Map it!

Countryside Presbyterian Church, Marion County, FL: Project Engineer for 7.14 acre church expansion. Church added a 23,776 Sq. Ft. building to their existing 7,060 Sq. Ft. building and new 291 space parking area. Site design consisted of surveying, drainage, parking requirments, cost estimates and permitting. Map it!

Kumar Medical Office, Ocala, FL: Project Engineer for 0.85 acre medical office containing 6,383 Sq. Ft. of office space and required parking area. Site design consisted of Parking analysis through Autoturn, drainage, cost estimates and permitting. Map it!

Florida Citizens Bank, Marion County, FL: Project Engineer for 1.11 acre bank site containing 4,900 Sq. Ft. building, 4 Drive-thru teller lanes and 23 parking spaces. Site design consisted of drainage, parking requirements, cost estimates and permitting. Map it!

Woodside Baptist Church, Ocala, FL: Project Engineer for 7.00 acre church site containing two buildings totaling 18,750 Sq. Ft. building and 66 space parking area. Site design consisted of surveying, drainage, parking requirements, cost estimates and permitting. Map it!
