Heath Brook, Ocala, Marion County, FL: Project Engineer for the design and permitting for several phases of the Heath Brook DRI including: Heath Brook Hills (a 105-lot single family subdivision), Preserve Phase 1 & 2 (a 414-lot single family subdivision), The Meadows (a 167-lot single family subdivision), B-2 North Commercial Center and Tartan Road improvements. Their stormwater management systems were permitted through the City
of Ocala and Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) and
consist of curb & gutter with pipe systems that outfall into drainage
retention areas. The project work elements consist of drainage, intersections, geotechnical
activities, survey, pavement design, traffic control, signing and pavement
markings, signals, utility relocations, right-of-way maps, public involvement,
cost estimates, computation booklets and permits. Map

for the preparation of construction plans for widening 4.4 miles of
NW 44th Avenue to a four-lane urban facility from US 27 to SR 326 in
a joint venture with HDR Engineering, Inc. CR 316, Marion County, FL:
Project Engineer for 4.2 mile road reconstruction and widening project
in north Marion County consisting of surveying, drainage, road design,
traffic signing and pavement marking, utility relocations, cost estimates

Ocala, FL: Project Engineer for 7.00 acre church site
containing two buildings totaling 18,750 Sq. Ft. building and 66 space
parking area. Site design consisted of surveying, drainage, parking
